이렇게 4번째 Newsletter와 함께 우리 BAKBA League Member분들 찾아뵙게 되었습니다!
지난 6개월의 대장정을 끝을 이제 이번주에 진행될 Semi-Final과 다음주로 Schedule되어있는 2016 Season Championship Game & Awards Event로 마무리 짓게 되었습니다!
이번 2016 Season에 참가해주신 우리 리그원 분들에게 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 전하고자 합니다.

아래 몇가지 공지사항이 있습니다
1) BAKBA League - Survey for 2017 Season
저희 BAKBA League운영진은 이번 2016 Season 2차 정규 회의때 나온 몇가지의 회의안을 바탕으로 투표/설문을 통하여 우리 리그원분들의 의견을 듣기로 결정했습니다.
- Upcoming 2017 Season Schedule운영 형식: Year-round Season형식 VS Spring & Fall Season형식
- 선호하는 경기장: Kitayama / Northgate / Milpitas / San Leandro / Tennyson / Ortega / Pleasanton
- 2017 Season 참가여부: Yes / No
- 2017 Season Team이동 희망여부 및 Draft 참가 희망여부: Yes / No
지난 8월달에 날아간 Newsletter #2를 통해 진행했던 설문 조사와 동일하게 Google Doc을 통하여 설문을 실시하겠습니다.

2) 2016 Season Championship Game & Awards Event
9월 마지막주에 진행할 계획이었던 All-Stars Game/Event #2는이번 2016년 Season의 결승전 행사로 대신합니다.
매년 마다 언급되었던 부분입니다 - 저희 리그의 결승전은 항상 "아무도 신경쓰지 않는 그들만의 경기에 불과하다"라는 말이 오고 가고 했습니다.
매년 마다 나오는 이말이 틀린 이야기도 아니며.. 간과할 이야기도 아니라고 생각합니다.
그.래.서! 올해 2016 Season의 결승전에는 모든 리그원분들께서 잠시나마 시간을 내주시고 자리를 해주셔서... Season의 마지막인 결승전 그리고 시상식의 자리를 빛내는 자리가 되었으면 합니다.
우리 리그원분들의 소중한 주말 (토요일)시간을 위해 다음의 형식으로 Program/Agenda를 기획했습니다.
결승전에 참가하시는 리그원분들을 제외한 모든 행사 참가원분들은 밥때(?) 맞추셔서 오후 12시정도에 도착하시면 됩니다.
바로 점심식사하시고 행사종료까지 이번 시즌 마지막으로 리그원 전부 다같이 모여서 2시간 정도 시간을 보내신다고 생각하시면 됩니다.
- 10:00am: 결승전 참가인원 소집 및 경기준비
- 11:00am: 결승전 시작
- 12:00pm: 점심 (BBQ) 시작
- 01:30pm: 경기 종료와 동시에 시상식 시작
- 02:00pm: 단체사진를 마지막으로 행사 종료
정말 간단하게 '2016시즌 마지막 모임에 잠깐 들려서 점심식사하고 간다'라는 개념이 될수 있도록 간소하게 2시간에 걸쳐서 진행합니다.
이번 시상식에는 2016 Season 우승 Champion의 Trophy만이 아닌, 다음의 시상을 진행할 예정입니다.
- 2016 Season 2nd Place (준우승) Trophy
- Best Pitcher (우수투수상)
- Best Sluggers (우수타자상)
- Best Head Coach (우수감독상)
- 2016 Season MVP
위의 수상중에서...
- Best Pitcher (우수투수상)
- Best Sluggers (우수타자상)
두가지의 상은 결승전에 뛰시는 선수분이 아닌 이번 2016 Season동안 활약하신 모든 리그원분들께서 전부 수상후보에 포함되시는 만큼!
이번 행사에 많이 참석을 부탁드립니다~
팀의 대표자님/감독자님께서 각팀에 Follow-up하여 이 결승전 행사 참가 왜 중요한지! 그 중요성을 알려드릴 예정입니다.
자세한 사항과 Detail한 부분은 확정되는대로 각팀의 감독자님 (혹은 대표자님)께서 알려드릴 예정입니다.

Another RAINY day in sunny(?) California, yet we will keep marching through the season to finish the playoffs and final games as scheduled!
This is Ryan D. (President) of the BAKBA League.

I can't wait for our Championship (Final) Game for our BAKBA League 2016 Season.
I am excited to announce that we, BAKBA League, have decided to hold 'Official ceremony/award' along with season's Championship (Final) Game!
From now on, we will be awarding followings;
- Best Pitcher
- Best Sluggers
- Best Head Coach
- Season MVP
It will be an exciting day with lots of baseball events, just like our previous All-Stars Game&Event !
(BBQ lunch will be provided!)
Please join us to celebrate this grand finale event!
Here, I have couple things to announce;
1) 2016 Season Championship Game & Awards Event
Please refer to following program/agenda for our 2016 Season Championship Game & Awards Event scheduled for 11/05/2016;
- 10:00am: Final game participants (players) gather up for warm-up
- 11:00am: Game starts
- 12:00pm: Lunch (BBQ) starts
- 01:30pm: Game ends & Award begins
- 02:00pm: Photography Shooting & Event ends
Please note that you can go ahead and show up at 12:00pm when we start to serve lunch - we know your busy schedule and want to take only TWO hours of your time!

2) BAKBA League - Survey for 2017 Season
As I have mentioned in our previous newsletter #3, We, BAKBA League committee, have decided to conduct a short survey in preparation for 2017 Season.
